Clean and Tidy –
Our buildings are used by many people and from time to time they need a little extra "tender loving care" inside and outside. On Saturday 13th September we hope to do just that at St John the Baptist and All Saints’. This is to coincide with the Annual "Ride and Stride" (sponsored walk or bike ride for the historic churches). Participants will find the churches open and us busy! If you can spare an hour or two to help us you would be very welcome or just pop in and help yourself to a cup of tea/coffee and watch the workers!

Harvest Festival - A time to give thanks for all creation and discover how we can become more eco-friendly. Please join us for a Harvest Supper on Friday 3rd October, 7 pm, at All Saints’ Church Hall. This year, to help reduce carbon emissions, we hope that people will kindly donate locally grown fruit and vegetables (in advance) for the supper. If you wish to attend, please let us know for catering purposes.

November, a month for Remembrance – on Sunday 2nd November we remember and give thanks for the lives of our loved ones who have died. Please join us for a special service, 6pm at St John the Baptist. Sunday 9th November is Remembrance Sunday when we remember those who have died in wars and conflicts. The service begins at 9.45am at All Saints’ Church followed by a walk up to St John the Baptist and Act of Remembrance at 11am by the War Memorial.
