Dog owners are reminded of their responsibilities with regard to dog fouling and must scoop and remove dog mess after their pets and place in a dog bin. Throwing it into a nearby hedge or placing it next to a nearby lamppost is not acceptable.

If caught disregarding the laws on dog fouling, owners could be prosecuted and heavily fined.
