48 The X-Ray Unit at Romsey Hospital is now open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, making two extra sessions each week. Anyone told that they need an x-ray should make sure that they tell their doctor if they wish to have it at Romsey Hospital. These facilities were financed largely by the public with money raised during the Romsey Hospital Appeal. The Appeal and the League of Friends of Romsey Hospital have constantly pushed for these extra days and it is vital that they are well used or we could lose them again. Local people have repeatedly made clear that they value Romsey Hospital and now is another time to show that support by making sure that the x-ray is used. Otherwise it really could be a matter of use it or lose it! Jean Denham,
